Key Features of Ciudad Marqués Include:

• Industrial Zone: 130 hectares of industrial land, 780,000 m² of rentable industrial space, and an investment of 902,754,000 USD. • Residential Area: 18,000 homes with integrated parks, schools, and amenities. Estimated economic impact: 880,560,000 USD. • Commercial Spaces: 24 hectares of commercial land, 120,000 m² of leasable commercial space, and an investment of 119,854,000 USD. • Sustainability and Infrastructure: Water resources capacity: 5 million cubic meters; electricity capacity: 9,000 Kva’’s, with plans to add capacity through sustainable and renewable sources.

Ciudad Marqués is set to generate over 20,000 direct jobs and foster a harmonious integration of industrial, commercial, and residential spaces, elevating Querétaro’s role as a strategic hub for investment and innovation.
