The first building, already under early construction, is targeting LEED® Gold certification—underscoring our commitment to sustainable, energy-secured infrastructure.
Strategically located near the Otay Mesa – Mesa de Otay and San Ysidro – El Chaparral border crossings, the site offers direct connectivity to two of the busiest U.S. entry points for trade and people. This privileged location—combined with access to a skilled labor pool and proximity to global supply chains—makes it a natural choice for forward-thinking industrial investment.
This 50/50 joint venture reinforces more than a decade of successful collaboration between Grupo Frisa and FIBRA Macquarie. While Grupo Frisa contributes the fully prepared land, FIBRA Macquarie brings a disciplined capital strategy and deep operational capabilities through its local platform, MPA.
